Structural monitoring over time

Real-time data. Decisions in time.

We track the displacements, deformations and settlements of structures before they turn into problems - with automatic alerts and continuous reporting.

01Automated 3D monitoring

Monitoring with robotic total stations, scheduled measurement cycles and real-time transmission of the coordinates of the monitored points. The solution suits bridges, buildings under construction, excavations, steel structures and sensitive neighbouring properties, where displacements have to be followed continuously or at short intervals.

022D planimetric monitoring

We control displacements in plan for buildings, bridges, retaining walls, excavations, platforms and structures next to active construction sites. The reports show the direction and magnitude of the displacements relative to the initial position or to the control points.

031D settlement monitoring

We measure settlements by precise geometric levelling or with automated systems, on benchmarks installed and maintained for the duration of the project. The data is used to monitor foundations, rafts, platforms, buildings, bridges and areas that are sensitive to vertical deformation.

04Software and hardware solutions developed in-house

We have developed software solutions that drive total stations for automated settlement monitoring, automated solutions for computing levelling traverses, solutions for processing measurements taken with robotic total stations, and alerting solutions by SMS, e-mail or phone call.

DescriptionWe use robotic total stations, monitoring software we produce ourselves (TCL), conventional monitoring with total station or level, and the installation and maintenance of benchmarks.
